Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Guru Institute (“AIGI,” “we,” “us”) websites, certifications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
AIGI is an AI Guru company that provides vendor-neutral AI certifications. Exam content, scoring rules, and credential governance are maintained on our certification platform; we issue credentials based on its results.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
3. Certifications & exams
- Integrity. Exams may be proctored. You agree not to cheat, copy, share, or attempt to obtain or distribute exam content, and to comply with exam rules and identity verification.
- Proctoring consent. Proctored exams involve monitoring as described in our Privacy Policy; you must consent to proctoring to sit a proctored exam.
- No guarantee of outcome. Purchasing an exam, prep, or a subscription does not guarantee that you will pass. Results reflect your performance against published standards.
- Credentials. Credentials we issue remain our property and may be verified, and may be suspended or revoked for misconduct, fraud, or material error. You may not alter or misrepresent a credential.
- Retakes. Retakes may be subject to waiting periods and additional fees as published.
4. Vendor-neutrality
Our certifications assess transferable, tool-independent competence. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party AI vendor whose products may be referenced.
5. Payments, subscriptions & refunds
- Fees are stated at purchase and processed by our payment provider. You authorize the applicable charges and are responsible for taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel and retain access through the end of the paid period.
- Exam fees are generally non-refundable once an exam is scheduled or started, except as required by law or stated in a specific offer.
- Enterprise and partner purchases may be governed by a separate order or agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
6. Training partners & organizations
Authorized Training Partners and enterprise customers are subject to the additional terms of their respective program or order documents. Participation in the partner program is open and granted on consistent terms; it does not influence individual exam scoring or credential decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt or breach security, reverse engineer the Services, scrape or harvest data, infringe others’ rights, or use the Services unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including content, exams, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. “AI Guru®” is a registered trademark; AI Guru Institute is an AI Guru company.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose.
11. Indemnification
